MONUMENT TO UNBORN BABIES
A monument to unborn babies was erected at All Souls Cemetery in Long Beach by the Knights of Columbus. Flowers are placed there periodically by the Respect Life Council. We encourage others to visit the monument, especially on special feast days and on the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision in January.

A Spiritual Director has been appointed to promote prayer. A group has been organized and others are encouraged to join.

Recitation of the "Hail Mary" for life at meal times.
The Holy Rosary is recited in front of the abortuary at 2777 Long Beach Blvd. on Saturday mornings at 10:30 A.M. All are invited!
Second, we provide educational material via our lending library which includes books, pamphlets, handouts, newspapers, videos, etc. on the second Sunday of the month at our monthly donut sale in the church hall. We also distribute materials outside an abortuary on Long Beach Boulevard, in Long Beach, on Saturday mornings.
Third, we provide information regarding the pastoral plan on pro-life activities as approved by the National onference of Catholic Bishops
Fourth we provide information on pending legislation regarding life issues and activate a telephone tree to contact legislators and others to encourage a pro-life vote.

Activities
Participation in annual Life Chain in October.
Monthly donation to Precious Life Shelter and New Life Beginnings.
Baby shower sponsor at Precious Life Shelter of Los Alamitos in the Spring of each year.
A "living Rosary" is held each year with a procession from the church to the statue of our Blessed Mother outside the church. Date to be announced.
Members participate in religious and pro-life conferences throughout the year.
Minutes of meetings mailed to active members.
We offer a lending library on the 2nd and 5th Sunday of each month, before and after all Masses, at our monthly continental breakfast,. Our library Includes pro-life books, pamphlets, handouts, newspapers, videos, catechisms and other materials.
